Customs Import Duty & Taxes
For international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
We Are We Wear is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
You have the right to cancel your order until the point in which it is shipped. we usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. please email us at email@example.com and we will confirm the location of your package. if still at our warehouse, we will offer you a full refund, including shipping charges.
We are happy to refund or exchange any Full Price or Promotional items within 28 days of receipt. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items featured in our Outlet category are FINAL SALE and not available for a refund or exchange.
Please register your returns to us within 14 days of your purchase with your full name, order number and a brief description of your returns reason to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn. The original tags and gusset sticker will need to still be on the items and in good condition - with original packaging. All returns are analysed by our customer care team, which is then at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for returning. Orders that are returned to us that do not comply with our terms and conditions may not be authorised and will be sent back to the customer.
Please ensure you post back to address provided. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Once your return is received, processed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We do not currently offer free returns postage. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring returned items get to us. The customer is responsible for paying for all associated shipping costs for a return. The initial shipping costs paid and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately on the We Are We Wear website.
Please allow up to 10 working days from us receiving your item to process and confirm your return amount. We will send you an email, once the return has been processed. Please note it may take a further 3-5days for payment to be cleared depending on what bank you are with.

We advise using a postage service that is fully traceable and insured; without this type of postal service there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
