Social Media Manager

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and working with marketing to ideate, create and plan the social media strategy across our organic channels, currently Instagram, TikTok, Linked in and Pinterest. 

Responsibilities & Duties

Content Creation

  • Develop visually stunning and engaging content for social channels, ensuring clear alignment with the brand's aesthetic and core values Implement, plan and execute a content calendar that includes regular posts, stories, reels to maintain a consistent and dynamic presence across our platforms

Platform management

  • Monitor trends and stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ensuring our content remains relevant and optimised for maximum reach
  • Utilise Instagram and TikTok tools effectively to enhance engagement, including but not limited to hashtags, collaborations, and interactive features

Influencer relationship Management

  • Managing relationships with our influencers, regular contact with them, managing and processing gifting requests and liaising with creators around key launch periods to arrange gifted product.
  • Continually researching and engaging with new/ relevant talent to build upon influencer list.

Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with the wider Brand team to seamlessly integrate social media campaigns into the overall marketing strategy via the creation, preparation and management of assets
  • Conceptualise and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience

Community Engagement

  • Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with our audience across all platforms

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the team, utilising data to refine strategies and enhance overall performance
  • Ads
  • Creating and building ads for agency
  • Monitoring ads, feeding back to wider team performance
  • Ensuring key ads are on correct platforms (e.g FB, TikTok google)
  • Working with E commerce team to ensure Email marketing a lines with current campaigns   

Qualifications & Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of both Instagram and TikTok, including their latest features, trends and algorithms
  • Knowledge of Pinterest and LinkedIn, features and trends
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Previous experience shooting visual content to a high standard would be desirable
  • Meticulous attention to detail across image, text and video
  • Ability to write relevant copy in the brand’s tone of voice across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for social media platforms
  • Good time management and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively and adapt where needed
  • Adaptable, flexible and agile is key, working within a small but growing team!

Education and Experience

  • Prior experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be desirable but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Social Media management or content creation
  • Portfolio showcasing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns

E commerce assistant

In this role, you will support the smooth running of the growing business and be exposed to cross-functional opportunities such as website merchandising, online projects, digital media, CRM campaigns & Omni-channel activation to curate a memorable user and shopping experience. You will also be involved in strategic planning and trained to lead some of the initiatives in the online business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, organised, able to work effectively and adaptive with great passion!

Responsibilities & Duties

Trade:

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the website is updated in line with the Digital & Marketing Plan.
  • Working closely with Performance Marketing, ensure trading plan is properly executed, coordinating assets, messages and linking strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to drive sales.
  • Process customer orders, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (email & chat)
  • Assist in coordinating product shipments, tracking orders, and addressing shipping-related issues.
  • Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
  • Assist with monthly company updates, collating website sales and tracking performance

Web:

  • Assist in uploading and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, and prices.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, maintaining a positive online reputation.
  • Assist in analysing e-commerce performance metrics, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
  • Support the implementation of website updates, including layout changes, new feature integrations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Email marketing, working with marketing team to a line with socials and brand 

Site Merchandising:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and ensure accurate availability information on the website.
  • Understanding, reviewing and action points from Customer Service
  • Helping process influencer orders monitoring gifted products

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or retail environment, preferably as an assistant or coordinator minimum of two years. 
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of online marketing principles and SEO concepts
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management (e.g., Shopify) Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools ∙ Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Passion for product, trend and industry developments.
  • Adaptive and flexible with a positive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges.
