Management Accountant 

Location: Southwark, London

Position:Permanent

Full-time – Normal working hours 9.30 am, 5:30 pm (flexible WFH on request )

  • Manage and prepare annual plans, quarterly re-forecasts, quarterly cash-flows and budget plans

  • UpdaPng the project budget, by collecPng reports from the company s financial system and supporPng the director in the review

  • Collaborate with the director to ensure that the financial requirements are being met.

    Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum AAT Qualified or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge and experience of Xero & Cash Connect preferably

  • Strong/advanced Ms Excel skills are a must - V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, Pivot table and if statements mini- mum.

  • Confident with accounPng principles and double entry book-keeping.

  • Ability to deliver both independently and as part of the team with minimum supervision.

  • Good IT skills - ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.

    Main responsibilities:

    Buyers Admin Assistant 

    Location:Southwark, London

    Position:Permanent 

    Full-time – Working hours 9.30am -5:30pm 

    The Role

    The job role of the Buyers Admin Assistant is a highly administrative role within the fashion buying team, providing essential support to their Assistant Buyer, Buyer and Senior Buyer.

    The Buyers Admin Assistant's responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the critical path through the whole fashion buying cycle. Whether the product is womenswear, menswear, swimwear or lingerie the job role remains the same.

    The duties of the Buyers Admin Assistant include placing purchase orders, creating and maintaining the critical path, attending fit sessions, competitive shops and the maintenance of the sample library, racking up samples, creating fashion trend boards for buying meetings.

    Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyers Admin Assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the team

    Main responsibilities:

    • Order Raising
    • Completing order attributes accurately
    • Raising orders accurately and amending purchase orders
    • Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally
    • Co-ordinating barcode process with suppliers

    The Role

    This is a junior position & expect to have 5+ years of experience within retail merchandising. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and good problem-solving skills. Someone who is extremely organised & highly analytical to work under pressure & meet deadlines. Experience with dealing with offshore factories that deal with large production lines is ideally required. 

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Develop & maintain a portfolio of suppliers.
    • Plan & implement global logistics strategy, ensuring targets are met. 
    • Drive & manage cost negotiations with suppliers.
    • Raising initial Po’s 
    • Logistics management 
    • merchandising planning
    • Stock controller
    • Continuously looking for ways to improve lead times
