Management Accountant

Update of Weekly Sales for the Wholesale channels
Collaborate with the director to ensure that the financial requirements are being met.
CoordinaPng financial sign-off and approval processes, including payments to suppliers and financial invoicing
UpdaPng the projects finance tools and documentaPon
Support month-end tasks i.e. accruals, prepayments and journals.
Assist with the producPon of weekly and ad-hoc reporPng/analysis.
Credit Control – produce weekly aged debtors reports, cash allocaPons, chasing debtors and distribuPon of customer state-
ments.
Work closely with the director to ensure the management accounts are complete, and accurate and Pmetables are met. Produce
monthly reconciliaPon of weekly costs to monthly management accounts and provide explanaPons/commentary for any differ-
ences
Help to prepare monthly operaPons performance reports
Monitor the purchase ordering process onsite ensuring POs are raised and approved correctly on a Pmely basis and suppliers are
paid in accordance with terms
AssisPng with annual audits, Balance Sheet reconciliaPon, and Bank account reconciliaPons.
Assist with the preparaPon of budgets/forecasts
Dealing with finance queries from wholesale customers
Business Partner the Brand Directors and lead the budget and forecast process
Handling Accounts Receivable for Wholesale Customers, including sending customer statements and ensuring customer pay-
ment terms are adhered to.
Produce management accounts for the Wholesale and E-commerce channels within the business
Other ad-hoc duPes as required
Who are we looking for?
•Solid all-around accounts experience. Two years’ experience working in Finance, with at least one year of cost centre management.
Minimum AAT Qualified or equivalent.
Good knowledge and experience of Xero & Cash Connect preferably
Strong/advanced Ms Excel skills are a must - V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, Pivot table and if statements mini- mum.
Confident with accounPng principles and double entry book-keeping.
Ability to deliver both independently and as part of the team with minimum supervision.
Good IT skills - ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines.
Strong analyPcal skills and ability to work under own iniPaPve and collaborate across departments.

Buyers Admin Assistant
Location:Southwark, London

The Role
The job role of the Buyers Admin Assistant is a highly administrative role within the fashion buying team, providing essential support to their Assistant Buyer, Buyer and Senior Buyer.
The Buyers Admin Assistant's responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the critical path through the whole fashion buying cycle. Whether the product is womenswear, menswear, swimwear or lingerie the job role remains the same.
The duties of the Buyers Admin Assistant include placing purchase orders, creating and maintaining the critical path, attending fit sessions, competitive shops and the maintenance of the sample library, racking up samples, creating fashion trend boards for buying meetings.
Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyers Admin Assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the team
